One Stop PC Shop offer a flat rate fee per delivery regardless of quantity or value ordered, some exceptions do apply to oversized/weight items. We use couriers such as Citylink and UPS to deliver your order. Prices for our standard delivery service are below.

Delivery to a different address:
We will deliver to a different address other than the registered payment address, although we cannot guarantee it. This decision is based on a number of risk assessments that we carry out once your order is placed. If we cannot deliver to a different address you will receive an email requesting delivery to the registered payment address. All our orders can be tracked online allowing you to ensure you are able to accept delivery.

Next Day Delivery:
Our cut off for next working day delivery is 3:00pm for Online Orders. Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification. 

PLEASE NOTE: Some items may take 2-3 days due to availability or size/weight.

Worldwide Delivery Details:
One Stop PC Shop do not deliver to addresses outside the UK and Ireland.

If you would like to return an item please complete the above form. You will then receive an email containing your RMA information. Print and send a copy of this with your returned item(s) proving it meets the following criteria:

1. Faulty goods must be returned as sold, IE in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
2. Goods ordered in error must not be opened and may be subject to a handling fee.
3. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from completing the RMA form. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days.
4. Any free gifts, or bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.
5. In the event of an authorised return without the original packaging, One Stop Pc Shop reserves the right to apply a re-stocking fee.

Please do NOT return any items until you receive a confirmation email containing an RMA number and return address.
